These terms apply when you use the Web Recall Mac app, Web Recall Browser Connection, and related Web Recall services.
1. What Web Recall does
Web Recall helps you search pages from bookmarks and browsing information you choose to use, organize browser bookmarks, review proposed changes, and recover supported bookmark operations.
2. Lawful use
You must use Web Recall lawfully and only with browsers, data, accounts, and devices that you are authorized to use.
3. Review bookmark changes
Web Recall presents proposed bookmark changes for review before application. You are responsible for reviewing titles, folders, moves, and deletions before approving them.
4. AI-generated results
AI-generated categories, search judgments, summaries, and organization suggestions may be incomplete or inaccurate. Treat them as assistance, not as guaranteed facts or decisions.
5. Backups and recovery
Keep any backups that are important to you. Web Recall’s local history and recovery features are safeguards for supported operations, not an absolute guarantee against browser failures, synchronization conflicts, external changes, or data loss.
6. Acceptable use of smart services
Do not misuse Web Recall services, bypass or manipulate usage allowances, attack or probe Web Recall Gateway, steal or share credentials without authorization, automate abusive traffic, or consume AI resources in bulk outside normal product use.
7. Subscriptions and Apple terms
Purchases, free trials, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled under Apple App Store rules. Current pricing, eligibility, and subscription details appear in the App Store and in the app.
An app obtained through the Mac App Store is also subject to Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement.
8. Service changes
Web Recall may reasonably adjust features, usage allowances, technical limits, and third-party AI providers as the product, security needs, availability, and service costs change. Material changes to these terms will be reflected by an updated date on this page.
9. Availability
Web Recall is provided as available. We do not promise that every webpage, browser version, browser extension, operating-system feature, Gateway, or third-party service will remain compatible or available permanently.
